By accessing, browsing, or using any service on 76ers, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement governing the relationship between you and the 76ers platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform. This document is governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applies equally to all Bangladeshi users. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh.
Before using our platform, we recommend reading these Terms & Conditions alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. 76ers reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these Terms. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood them.
To create an account on 76ers, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only hold one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.
If information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, 76ers reserves the right to terminate the account at any time. A national ID or other government-issued document may be requested for identity verification purposes. To keep your account secure, we recommend changing your password regularly and using a strong password.
All users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly on the 76ers platform. Harassment of other users, spreading misinformation, or engaging in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security or manipulate its systems will result in immediate account closure. 76ers must not be used for any activity that violates the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
The use of automated software, bots, or any artificial means to operate the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the account and all associated balances will be forfeited. Each user is solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws, and 76ers bears no liability in this regard. If you encounter any issues, please contact us directly.
76ers is authorized for personal, non-commercial use only. Selling or distributing platform content to third parties is prohibited. Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, for which 76ers is not liable.
The same Terms & Conditions apply when using the 76ers mobile app. The app must only be downloaded from official sources. Any internet data charges incurred while using the platform on a mobile device are the user's sole responsibility.
Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant information will be reported to law enforcement authorities. All transactions are subject to automated monitoring.
All financial transactions on the 76ers platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via local mobile banking services and bank transfers available in Bangladesh. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and can be viewed in the platform settings.
Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–5 business days and may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete. If exchange rates have changed since a deposit was made, the rate applicable at the time of the transaction will apply. 76ers is not responsible for any bank or service charges on transactions — these are entirely the user's responsibility.
If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. If a user voluntarily closes their account, any previously verified balance will be returned through the standard process.
76ers is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform. Losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or disruptions to third-party services are outside the scope of our liability. 76ers will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by internet connectivity issues or device-related problems.
We are committed to delivering the best possible service; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
76ers reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice depending on the circumstances. Grounds for closure include violation of these Terms, evidence of fraud, provision of false information, or suspicious financial activity. Prior to closure, users will generally have the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance; however, this may be withheld for accounts under active investigation.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time. All data associated with a closed account will be securely retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To appeal an account closure, please reach out through our support channels.
All content, logos, graphics, designs, and software displayed on the 76ers platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 76ers. Copying, reproducing, or using this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Any third-party trademarks or brands appearing on the platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
The 76ers platform may occasionally feature content related to third-party service providers or partners. 76ers accepts no responsibility for the quality, privacy practices, or content of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to carefully review the terms of any third-party service before use.
76ers reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform or sent to your registered email before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page — we recommend reviewing this document regularly. If you object to any changes, you may close your account and discontinue use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh. Users acknowledge that the courts of Bangladesh hold exclusive jurisdiction over such matters. Any legal notices must be sent to our official contact address.
